The Department of Information Science and Engineering conducted guest talk on the topic “Pre & Post Silicon Bring-up and System Validation Emulation Flow” for the 7th-semester students on the 08th of December 2023 under the supervision of ISE Head of the department, Dr. Vandana C P and organized by Shruthi G R, Sr. Asst. Professor (ISE) in offline mode. The Expert speaker, Mr. Mahesh Devagiri was invited to conduct the same.
The Speaker, Mr. Mahesh Devagiri, is currently working as Engineering Manager in Qualcomm, Bangalore. A semiconductor professional having 20+ years in Semiconductor industries, worked on SoC (System on Chip) product cycle from specification, Pre & Post Silicon Validation, Emulation, Integration, SOC Bring-ups, Board Bring ups, Firmware, Software & Customer Support.
Involved in Development of activities for Data Center Server, Machine Learning Accelerators, Mobile Platform SoC Snap Dragon (Qualcomm). He also volunteers in “Uthkrusht Koushalya Foundation Bangalore” a non-profit registered company and our core objective is to skill, reskill and upskill the youth, professional, entrepreneurs and start-ups.
