DevOps Hands-on Workshop
We the department of Information Science and Engineering has conducted Workshop on the “DevOps” for the 7th semester students on 21st August, 2018 under the supervision of Head of the Department, Dr. Anandhi R J at ISE department Lab-4. The expert speaker, Mr.Jasmin was invited to conduct the same.
About the Speaker
Speaker, Mr.Jasmin has a rich and varied experience of 15 years in Information Technology spanning across various Technology Domains in various functional roles including Sr. Project Management, Technical Infrastructure Management, People Management and Technical Escalations Management. He has an excellent inter-personal skill, and have worked in a 24/7 global environment with customers and functional teams across multiple geographic locations.
Objectives of Workshop
DevOps workshop was intended to offer a comprehensive, Hands-on review of DevOps topics and process, and to identify techniques for project planning, development, and deployment from start to finish.
Participants have shown keen interest in learning the concepts, methodologies and gave satisfactory feedback at the end of the session. They also suggested that the duration of the session could be increased so that they may explore in the same.
