Exigency of Cyber laws and The Legal Framework for cybercrime in India.
The department of Information Science and Engineering had organized a Guest talk on the topic “Exigency of Cyber laws and The Legal Framework for cybercrime in India” for the 5th semester students on 7/01/2024. The resource person for the session was Mr. Alex Antony Martin a Legal Expert and practicing advocate.The expert speaker delved on topics viz.,cybercrime,cyberlaws, ulnerabilities in computer.types of cybercrime and its effect on common man, cybercrimes in India and Information Technology Act 2000.
